Chris is Chief Executive of Quest for Learning, where he leads the charity’s strategic direction, organisational development and day-to-day management.
His career spans senior leadership roles across the charity, healthcare, education and creative sectors, including marketing and communications leadership and serving as Chief Operating Officer for one of the world’s largest ambient music record labels. This diverse background brings commercial thinking together with a deep understanding of purpose-driven organisations.
Chris specialises in organisational development, strategic leadership and leading change, helping charities become stronger, more sustainable organisations capable of delivering greater long-term impact. He holds a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice, is a member of the Institute of Leadership and mentors aspiring leaders at Birmingham City University.
He joined Quest for Learning because he believes education has the power to transform a child’s life. More fundamentally, he believes lasting social change depends on building organisations that are strong enough to deliver it. His approach combines curiosity, systems thinking and a willingness to challenge established ways of working in pursuit of better outcomes for children and communities.
