Why your support matters
Our work in helping some of Oxfordshire’s most disadvantaged primary pupils is more vital than ever. To support the work we do, simply click here. All donations, no matter how big or small, will help us in our quest to improve the life chances of thousands of children.
At Quest for Learning we firmly believe that education expands our horizons, fires our imagination, and gives us pleasure and opportunity in life. But not all children flourish at school and unfortunately our programmes remain as relevant, in demand and impactful as they did 25 years ago when we were founded.
We are always grateful for any donation, however small.
If you would like to set up a direct debit to donate on a monthly basis or would like to support us in some other way, please contact Anne via fundraising@questforlearning.org.uk.
Three ways to donate for free!

If you are a frequent shopper on Amazon, simply switch to their charity website Amazon Smile, and we will receive 0.5% of the price on anything you buy, at no extra cost to you! On your first visit you need to select the charity you want to support, so look us up with ‘Quest for Learning’ or Charity Number 1107219, then just remember to go onto the website via the Amazon Smile page.

Easy Fundraising offers another excellent way to provide donations to us through online purchases made from a wide variety of retailers, including John Lewis, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Booking.com, Ebay, M&S, Argos and around 4,000 others. The amount of the donation varies with the retailer. Simply register with Easy Fundraising, choose Quest for Learning as the charity, and when shopping online, go into your chosen retailer website via Easy Fundraising.
Give as you Live will also give us a donation every time you use it to shop online! Again, a wide variety of retailers participate (around 4,300 including Amazon), so there is overlap with Easy Fundraising and Amazon Smile – just choose whichever scheme suits you. Sign up by creating an account on our Give as you Live charity homepage. Once you have an account, whenever shopping online you just need to remember to start at your Give as you Live portal, and go in to your chosen retailer from there.

Our charity
We aim to support primary-age children with literacy and maths, helping to close the attainment gap between the most disadvantaged children and their peers, improving academic achievement and overall life chances. We deliver our interventions in primary schools in Oxfordshire which either self-select or are identified through research.
In addition to a small income generated from the training programme, the charity is primarily funded by grants from charitable trusts and foundations. We also work in partnership with housing associations to deliver teaching and training in specific areas of the county. Some of our schools self-fund the interventions.
We currently rent an office within Thameside Primary School in Abingdon.
Thameside Primary School, Cotman Close, Abingdon, OX14 5NL
