As Education and Programme Manager, Heather is responsible for the programme delivery, ensuring it is having the most impact possible on those children who need it most in schools. She joined in September 2025, and is passionate about ensuring that support Quest for Learning provides to schools works with each school’s key priorities in developing an Inclusive educational offer, minimising educational disadvantage where it exists.
She has almost 30 year’s experience across a range of educational settings in London, Essex and most recently Oxfordshire where she has worked as a teacher, senior leader, SENCO and most recently Headteacher of schools whose families faced many socio-economical challenges. Taking on the role of Education and Programme Manager with Quest for Learning has given her the opportunity to shape the future direction of our programmes in this changing education landscape, to ensure that as a charity we can offer a cost-effective high-impact tutoring solution all schools can benefit from.
